Wolfgang's Vault Invests In Daytrotter
Wolfgang's Vault, the online home for live music, announced today a substantial investment in online indie music destination, Daytrotter. This partnership will enable Daytrotter to grow its audience for unique recordings from undiscovered indie rock artists, and continue offering the existing and new archive additions of recordings as free mp3 downloads.
San Francisco, CA (Billboard Publicity Wire) January 17, 2008 -- Wolfgang's Vault, the online home for live music, announced today a substantial investment in online indie music destination, Daytrotter. This partnership will enable Daytrotter to grow its audience for unique recordings from undiscovered indie rock artists, and continue offering these recordings as free mp3 downloads.
Sean Moeller, Daytrotter's founder, retains all of his responsibilities as "Mr. Daytrotter," including creative control of the website, scouting for new musical talent, and working with the musicians he discovers to record live sessions at Daytrotter's Rock Island studio.
